You can cancel a subscription using the cancellation method provided in your account or order form. Unless your plan terms state otherwise, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period. Access may continue until that period ends.
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated in a written order form, subscription fees already paid are not refundable and unused time is not prorated. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights you may have. If a specific plan or promotion includes a different refund or trial offer, the terms displayed for that offer will apply.
For billing questions or to submit a refund request, email support@globalpoetai.com with the account email and relevant transaction details. Do not send full payment-card numbers or security codes by email.
